I am involved in the FEED & EPC management of the ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility EPRF-II Project.
Following are my responsibilities,
• Involve in close communication for Concept Development/Feasibility Study & FEED phase for EPCC to workup the project specific requirement.
• Leading & Responsible for successful completion of all project management activities including planning, Execution of site works, Monitoring & Controlling for the Project, Plant modifications,Maintenance & Turnaround activities.
• Development of Project Documentation including Initiation,Planning,Execution,Monitoring & Control and Close Phases.
• Development of Schedule including Level II & III and cost estimation.
• Execute,Monitor & Control the Construction, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning activities.
• Involved in development of contracting and tendering documents and strategy with communication protocols.
• Responsible of Bid evaluation of the packages, equipments / materials which include technical and commercial evaluations.
• Experience of leading multi-functional team including field operations, construction, mechanical, I&E & safety groups.
• Worked closely with OEM’s & Vendors for equipment selection, process optimization and field execution.
• Review and approve contractors reporting and scheduling system.
• Responsible for additional work & changes in the scope and schedule of work.
• Assist in Inspection activities of the Projects.
• Responsible of successful completion of project including site activities as EPCC.
• Involve in initial & detail planning & preparation of MRP & execution plans.
• Planning and scheduling of overall project including Level II & III Scheduling on Primavera.
• Study product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications and requirements.
• Presents cost estimates and performance standards.
• Responsible for all commercial and procurement aspects of projects.
• Work with management in the development of WBS for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
• Assigning personnel to specific phases and elements of the project through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of the project.
• Allocating project resources appropriately.
• Preparing status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules.
• Managing the supervision work of the project with existing resources, including subcontracting at sites.
• Monitor coordinates and ensure jobs progress at all stages of the project.
• Controlling over all project using SAP PM Module .
• Invoicing of work or as per milestone to client.
• Directly communicate with the customer, line management and all the relevant departments involve in project execution.
• Presenting procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing procedures.
• Responsible for additional work & changes in the scope and schedule of work and the consequent price revision.
• Execution from concept stage through designing prototyping to testing and validation
for the final product.
• Planning, preparation, utilization and monitoring of Annual budget of R&D Section
• Design and optimize manufacturing methods and prototypes for a variety of bus and truck
parts.
• Research and development in order to reduce cost, increase productivity and quality
improvement with suitable/economic material.
• Implementation of quality tools, 5S, TPM / TQM, KAIZEN,
• To plan target setting for the team as per project requirement.
• Manage and supervise staff on the floor to achieve projects target.
• Training and motivating workers to ensure efficiency.
• Inter-departmental coordination and communication with suppliers and vendors.
• CAD data, Inventory, Material, Store management and Maintenance issues.
• Design review/verification.
• Work on Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
